Finding Peace Counseling is here to help you explore issues, problem solve, find coping skills, and understand yourself. We will create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Our goal is to help you enjoy life again.

Initial Assessment

In this 90 minute session, you will complete a bio-psycho-social assessment to determine a treatment plan.

Individual Therapy

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be completed weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
