How much will my session cost?

If you are using insurance, you will typically pay a copay at the time of session. If you are not using insurance, you will be responsible for the entire payment. If you have any questions on the cost, please reach out!

How long are the sessions?

All sessions are 50 minutes

Where are you located?

I am in the Aspen Centre West Building. Our entrance faces West (towards Safeway). All offices are located in the lower level.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

Please call or email me 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a late fee

What can I expect sessions to be like?

Depending on your treatment plan, we will focus on what you would like to discuss. I actively listen, provide support, give psycho-education, offer coping skills, and suggest alternative perspectives. By the end of session, we will discuss what you will work on between now and next session.

Can you prescribe medications?

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Qualified Mental Health Professional. I am not licensed to prescribed medications.
